Reporting a mistake
Room hours, game lists and tournament dates change, and sometimes we fall behind. You can help us fix it fast. Send:
- The exact link to our page.
- The sentence you think is wrong.
- What it should say.
- A primary source if you have one: the room's own poker page, the operator's site or the iGaming Ontario directory.
A useful report looks like this: "Your room page lists these hours, but the casino's poker page now shows different ones, here's the link." That gives us something we can check in minutes. See the corrections policy for what happens after you hit send.
If you run a room or event
Venue staff and tournament organizers are welcome to send updated hours, game menus, stakes or schedules. A link to your official page is the quickest way for us to update the record and its verification date.
Partnerships
We may consider partnerships with regulated Ontario poker operators, live poker venues, tournament organizers and relevant poker products or educational services. A partnership doesn't buy a regulatory label or an editorial conclusion. Our affiliate disclosure explains how that works.
What we can't help with
We're not a casino or a poker site, so we can't look into your player account, a disputed hand, a withdrawal or a comp. Contact the room or operator directly for those. If gambling is starting to cause you problems, our responsible gambling page lists Ontario support services.
