What the official directory currently shows
As of September 1, 2026, the directory marks poker availability for BetMGM Poker, Bwin, PartyPoker, FanDuel Poker, GGPoker and 888 Poker. Because Bwin and PartyPoker appear under the same operator, this represents six poker brands in the directory, not six separate operators.
What about other poker sites?
A poker site being accessible from Canada is not the same thing as appearing in Ontario's regulated directory. For Ontario players, the official iGaming Ontario directory is the practical place to verify regulated status before depositing.
Ontario is not the same as all of Canada
TorontoPoker.org is Ontario-first because Toronto players are subject to Ontario's regulated market. Gambling rules and online-poker availability can differ elsewhere in Canada. If you are outside Ontario, do not assume an Ontario operator list or location rule applies in your province.
A simple way to check an online poker site
- Check the regulator directory. Confirm the poker brand appears in iGaming Ontario's current list.
- Check your location. Being an Ontario resident is not enough if you are physically outside the province when trying to play.
- Compare the poker product. Once regulatory status is clear, compare games, tournaments, software, payments and responsible-gambling tools.
- Ignore “best bonus” noise. A large promotion does not tell you whether a poker room has the games or player pool you want.
