Why choose Mohawk?
Mohawk is a practical west-GTA option and its published game menu is unusually clear about buy-in structures. The match-the-stack games are meaningfully different from a standard capped game, so do not choose purely from the blind label.
Mohawk makes the most sense if:
- you are west of Toronto and want to avoid crossing the GTA;
- you want $1/$3 or $2/$5 Hold'em;
- you understand the difference between capped and match-the-stack buy-ins;
- your trip falls Thursday through Sunday.
Important schedule limitation
Unlike Toronto and Pickering, Mohawk is not published as a seven-day, 24-hour poker room. Check the room schedule before leaving home, especially around holidays or operational changes.

- Confirm whether your preferred structure is running, not merely listed.
- Choose your maximum buy-in before arriving.
- Bring valid ID; casino gambling in Ontario is 19+.
